Natural Skincare Products From Your Grocery Store

Skin Rashes, allergies, bug bites can be soothed by natural skincare products from your grocery store.

These products won't break the bank either!

Oatmeal:  Oatmeal blocks the inflammatory response of your skin when injured or in response to an allergy.  Grind two cups of oatmeal into a powder.  Add 1/4 cup baking soda.  Store in a jar and add 1 cup to a warm bath to soothe skin or mix with a little bit of water and use as a paste on affected areas.

Baking Soda:  Baking soda is a fantastic itching soother. Mix 1 teaspoon baking soda and water and use as a dab on paste.

Extra virgin coconut oil:  Great for excema! Coconut oil contains lauric acid which kills bacteria.  Staph can be common with people who suffer from excema.  Apply coconut oil twice a day to the affected area for about 4 weeks.
