Lose Weight Faster



Is there a way to lose weight faster?

I bet your doctor has told you the secret to losing weight is 'calories in, calories out.'  It's not that simple.  The American diet is filled with food that is mostly processed, chemically derived and nutrient deficient. Adding in vitamins to a breakfast cereal is not a nutritionally sound food and the way your body metabolizes Cheerios to Fruit Loops is entirely different than how your body metabolizes dark leafy greens, fruits, beans...you get the idea.

I have worked with people in weight loss classes who tell me they barely eat at all and they still can't lose weight!  Digging into their eating habits further, their diet consists of mostly bread products,  processed and packaged low calorie entrees as they try to lose weight. It's okay, it's not your fault.  You're doing what you've been told to do, reduce your calories, move a bit and you will lose weight.  Then you wonder why you can't lose weight faster.  You probably think you are doing something wrong, it's your fault.

Try this;  replace some packaged food, breakfast cereals and refined bread products with some chicken, beans, raw vegetables, hummus, soups, fish and other foods in their simple state and watch the pounds come off!  You will lose weight faster!
